Halloween Decor with a twist
I know I know it's way too early to be posting about Halloween, but with people declaring Pumpkin Spice Latte season open I figure it's fair game, heck by time you read this there may have even been a blog post where someone mentions the C word! So let's just embrace it shall we and kick things off with a bit of seasonal decorating, of sorts.
When it comes to seasonal decorating I think the US does it best. You guys really embrace each holiday with gusto whilst us Brits tend to be more reserved (how cliche). Take Halloween for example, although it is not a public holiday in the UK some of us try to celebrate it but our attempts generally look half arsed and a bit naff!
Browsing through Etsy I stumbled across some products that you could use to give your Halloween a bit of a twist in the decorating department.
There appears to be a bit of an enamel pin revolution going on. Add these to your lapels as a subtle spooky season nod.
A bit of Twin Peaks nostalgia........ I loved this show as weird as it was. Whatever happened to Dana Ashbrook?
What about taking up tasseography? Love this mug of The Grim from Wizardcraftsonline
